Let's first start off by saying that Fallen Planet Studio's AFFECTED: The Manor is a psychological ‘haunted house experience’ don't go in expecting any game play other than walking with the Dualshock controller but before that halts your interest this is one of PSVR's best horror titles and one that shouldn't be over looked.
The manor is very detailed in its appearance and the atmosphere is tense, from eerie doll's with no eye's to dead rat's and picture's that when looked at change their appearance. The sound effects are haunting with slamming and creaking doors, babies laughing and crying to spooky music which will suddenly play on the record player. I highly recommend a decent pair of headphone's when playing it.

The scare's are handled very well as at times when your expecting a fright they never come only to walk into a quiet room or corridor and scream at the top of your lungs as one of the jump scares kick in making every turn a very daunting experience.
Each play through can be completed in around 15 minute's with 4 different ending's but for £4.99 its an very chilling experience and one i will go back on to scare my family and friend's.
9/10
